Today's business leaders are increasingly expected to prioritize sustainable practices over purely profit-driven operations to help create a more sustainable society. Unfortunately, many companies still focus solely on profits, leaving much room for change.

To address this, we organized a program centered on the theme of "sustainability," taking participants to the village of Miyama in Kyoto, recognized as one of the Best Tourism Villages. In Miyama, the local community actively practices sustainable living, offering invaluable lessons to visitors.
As part of this program, a CEO from Italy visiting Japan for business negotiations participated in an immersive experience that included interacting with local residents. Together, they explored what it truly means to build a sustainable society, engaging in meaningful discussions about sustainability beyond the boardroom.
We've branded these types of local connection experiences as “Local Talk.” In Miyama, participants witnessed a way of life that has largely faded in modern society:
-Preserving 100+ year-old thatched-roof houses,
-Living off the land by sourcing food from the mountains and rivers,
-Building a tightly-knit community where neighbors support each other.
The passion and commitment of the locals were deeply inspiring, leaving participants to reflect on how they, too, might contribute to creating a sustainable future.
Through initiatives like this, we are committed to offering meaningful value to our clients, blending business travel with opportunities to explore sustainable solutions. Together, we can take steps toward a better society—one journey at a time.
