Business travel : A family of business owner from India to Osaka & Kyoto

Last year 2024, we had the pleasure of hosting a group of guests from India who visited Osaka and Kyoto. The group included members of a trading company as well as their families, and they were able to fully immerse themselves in Japan’s rich history, vibrant culture, and dynamic business scene.

One particularly memorable moment was when we arranged a casual meeting between the guests and local business owners at a hotel café. The lively exchange of ideas and perspectives seemed to inspire everyone involved. It was a powerful reminder of how cultural exchange can spark new business possibilities. It was also a proud moment for us to see our efforts in organizing this trip contribute to such meaningful interactions.

I believe that even when business leaders travel for leisure, they are often seeking discoveries and opportunities at their destinations.

With so many tools available today—LinkedIn, Facebook, Meetup, and others—it’s easier than ever to connect with key players in the places you visit. I highly recommend meeting at least one person making an impact in the local community during your travels if you can spare a moment (and if your family allows it...).
